How long does a Strategic Mapping engagement take?
Typically 2–3 working sessions over 2–3 weeks. You’ll walk away with a 12-month roadmap, quarterly priorities, and immediate 30-day actions.
What is Financial Mapping?
Steven brings strategy + data together to clarify pricing, profit drivers, cash flow, and forecasting—so growth feels predictable. Expect a plain-English view of your numbers and the exact levers to pull next.
Do you offer Team & Operations support?
Yes. We help define roles, create simple systems, and optimize workflows so the business runs smoothly whether you’re there or not.
Do you work in-person or remotely?
Both. We serve Eastern Arkansas locally (Forrest City, Wynne, Jonesboro, Searcy, West Memphis, etc.) and can work via Zoom if that’s easier.
Do you do marketing?
We don’t run ads or manage social. We build the strategy your marketing should serve—offers, capacity, numbers, and timing—so your spend actually produces profit.
What tools do you use?
We keep it simple: Squarespace (site), ConvertKit (email/lead capture), and Dubsado (client workflows). If you already use other tools, we adapt to what you have.
How much does it cost?
Investment depends on the scope (mapping only vs. mapping + financial + ops build-out). We’ll give you a flat, transparent quote after your consult—no long-term contracts required.
Will my information be kept confidential?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs on request and treat your data and financials as strictly confidential.
What should I bring to our first session?
Your current goals, main concerns, and (if available) basic financials—monthly revenue, expenses, and any team/role info. If you don’t have clean numbers yet, come anyway. We’ll help you get oriented.
Can I start with just Financial Mapping or a one-off ops project?
Yes. Many clients begin with Financial Mapping or a focused Team & Ops project, then move into a full Strategic Mapping when ready.
